How to attract Bluebirds to your nesting boxes

  • Make sure your boxes have been cleaned out of last years nests and no mold or mildew has grown in the boxes. 
  • Bluebirds love mealworms! Provide live mealworms, dried mealworms or a seed blend with mealworms mixed in to help attract Bluebirds to your backyard. 
  • Bluebirds prefer a nesting box with a 1.5" diameter hole that is 5-6" off the ground

Get Ready for the Hummingbirds! 

  • Hummingbirds will begin making an appearance in GA by the end of the March 
  • Dissolve 1 part sugar in 4 parts water to make nectar 
    • Or pickup our pre-made nectar! 
    • Just be sure to stay away from any red dyes that may be harmful to Hummingbirds 
  • Be sure to rinse out your feeder every time you change the nectar to keep the feeder fresh
